JOB PURPOSE:After sales:Responsible for collecting, sorting out and analysing various aftersales service information of competitors and various markets.Responsible for quality information management of aftermarket and analysing quality problems given back from market.Plan and promote companys aftersales services to existing customers for customer retention and increase workshop through puts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data capturing and to drive efficient and effective Aftersales operations.Continuously monitor and review Distributor Service performance and develop risk measures.Developing and promoting aftersales loyalty reward programs.Develop strategies and tactics to improve the Aftersales brand image.Track customer interactions and preferences.Monitor and analysis social media complaints.Track social media activities and KPI’s.Prepare and present monthly analysis of distributors’ set KPI’s.Procurement:Identify purchasing requirements with application department.Conduct business evaluation of local suppliers quotations.Responsible for quotation analysis and business negotiation and complete contract signing.Be responsible for purchasing payment review and filing of procurement contracts.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business management/ Marketing5+ year’s automobile management work experience with proven track records in the GCC region.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvementHave knowledge of Aftersales operations and aftersales service marketingKPI management with analytical skillsDashboard creation and monitoring experience.Strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools.Strong communication skillsFluency in English and Arabic would be advantageous
