Job Description

Our client, a well-known automotive spare parts firm, is currently looking to hire for Sales Manager in Dubai. The Aftermarket Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and meeting revenue targets within UAE & GCC. This role includes establishing strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with the marketing and product teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Aftermarket Spare parts sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the spare parts industry. Other responsibilities would include but not limited to:

Achieve sales and revenue targets within the assigned area
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities for business growth
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends the market reach
Collaborate with marketing to promote spare parts through various channels
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers
Monitor competition, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies
Work closely with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Train and mentor junior sales staff, if applicable
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company

Requirements

To be considered in this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts sales or a similar industry
Strong understanding of the Aftermarket spare parts market and industry trends
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
