Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document control. Coordinate internal and external meetings, and maintain calendars and schedules. Prepare and translate letters, memos, and reports in both Arabic and English. Maintain inventory and oversee requests for office supplies and materials. Act as a liaison with other departments and external stakeholders when needed. Support logistics for visits, events, and official engagements in the Al Dhafra area. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant local regulations. Maintain accurate records and databases for staff, operations, and resources.
