Job Description

ITP Media Group’s Hospitality division is looking for a talented administrative assistant to support its hard-working, fast-moving commercial team. The ideal candidate will have previously held an administrative role for at least two years, will be a clear, proactive communicator and will be confident working on multiple projects at a time.

You will join a fun, talented team working on some of the biggest media brands in the Middle East, supporting the commercial director on a variety of projects, from executing booking orders to organising photoshoots.



Requirements

Key responsibilities

  • Admin assistance to support the commercial team across brands including Time Out, Hotelier Middle East and Caterer Middle East
  • Creating, managing and dispatching documents including booking orders
  • Tracking high-volume, high-value campaigns
  • Managing event table sales – end to end.
  • Compiling internal reports daily for the commercial director
  • Compiling external post-campaign reports for clients
  • Following up with internal and external stakeholders, making sure the commercial team have everything they need to deliver a campaign, and liaising with the editorial team where required
