Our client is a large trading and investments company whose business activities are spread across automotive, aerospace, transportation, machinery, medical infrastructure, retail and lifestyle, and industrial infrastructure.
They are recruiting a female graduate having 5 years of experience in general office administration. This role is for the Middle East regional office.
Job Responsibilities
Handling telephone calls and receiving guests.
Arranging travel requirements for employees such as air ticket, entry visas, hotel booking.
Handling company cars service schedules, car registration renewals, driver timesheet computations, driver management.
Handling office maintenance and service contracts, stationery and pantry supplies.
HR / Expense processing related jobs which would relate to the follow up invoices, HR notifications etc.
Co-work with other colleagues who are principally in charge of corporate, HR and accounting.
Support the administration of MEA regional Offices.
