Job Description: Administration Executive

Job Title: Administration Executive
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: ₹100,000 per month




Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Support the management team in planning and executing organizational strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and liaise with vendors for maintenance and services.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining attendance records.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to administrative functions.
  • Prepare and present reports on administrative activities and office expenditures.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
  • Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in an administrative or executive role.
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools, such as MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in creating and analyzing reports and data.
  • Strong understanding of administrative and operational processes.
