Job Description

Our client is a multinational free zone based Japanese company. They are currently recruiting a young native Japanese speaking Administration Assistant having 3-5 years of administration or secretarial experience. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist and support the managing director with administration and secretarial work.
  • Welcome guests and clients in person or on phone, and answer inquiries.
  • Draft, and edit letters and other written documents, and collect and analyze information.
  • Organize client meetings, and coordinate the preparation of word, power point and excel documents.
  • Prepare expense reports and track payments.
  • Maintain the daily calendar, travel plans and local and overseas accommodation for managing director and visitors
  • Maintain office supplies by checking stocks, placing and expediting orders, and evaluating new products.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs.

Skills
  • Graduate from a distinguished university.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Prior administration or secretarial work experience is mandatory.
