Our client is a multinational free zone based Japanese company. They are currently recruiting a young native Japanese speaking Administration Assistant having 3-5 years of administration or secretarial experience.
Job Responsibilities
Assist and support the managing director with administration and secretarial work.
Welcome guests and clients in person or on phone, and answer inquiries.
Draft, and edit letters and other written documents, and collect and analyze information.
Organize client meetings, and coordinate the preparation of word, power point and excel documents.
Prepare expense reports and track payments.
Maintain the daily calendar, travel plans and local and overseas accommodation for managing director and visitors
Maintain office supplies by checking stocks, placing and expediting orders, and evaluating new products.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs.
Skills
Graduate from a distinguished university.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
Prior administration or secretarial work experience is mandatory.
