- Prepare and record accounting entries, process payments, and conduct three-way matches as instructed by the direct line manager. This includes managing suppliers invoices, customer transactions, employee reimbursements, travel claims, petty cash, LPO/contract documents, and supporting materials. - Perform bank reconciliations for both suppliers and customers. - Conduct regular physical counts of fixed assets. - Contribute to special finance-related projects and participate in process improvement initiatives. - Fulfill assigned tasks or duties given by the direct manager or Finance Director. - Contribute to monthly closing activities to ensure timely completion within established deadlines. - Generate required financial reports as directed by the direct line manager. - Collaborate with internal and external auditors, promptly addressing their inquiries and requests. - Ensure the delivery of prompt and high-quality services to all relevant stakeholders. - Comply with company policies and procedures, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), UAE laws and regulations, and promptly report any observed exceptions to the direct line manager for appropriate escalation. - Bachelors degree in accounting or a relevant field is required. - Previous experience in the GCC region is a plus. - 5+ years of experience in accounting, including bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements. - Proficiency in Oracle and MS Office, particularly Excel. - Exceptional organizational and strong analytical skills.Requirements
