Our client is a building materials company and we are recruiting an accountant to join their Ras Al Khaimah office.

Role Summary

Assist with finalization of accounts, bank reconciliations, AP, AR, payroll, VAT submissions, cash flow and balance sheet schedule preparations, vendor payments and following up with creditors on disputes and outstanding payments.
Assist in financial and variance analysis and revenue forecasting and budgeting.
Maintaining the fixed asset register.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

3 years’ UAE accounting experience up to finalization of accounts and month end closing, preferably within the automotive trading industry and fully conversant with month end closing, income statements, accounts payable aging reports and working capital and cash forecasts.
Proficient use of Tally and advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
