Our client is an entertainment centre and as part of their growth we are recruiting a UAE experienced accountant to join their Dubai office.

Role Summary

Finalization of accounts, bank reconciliations, AP, AR, payroll, VAT submissions, cash flow and balance sheet schedule preparations, vendor payments and following up with creditors on disputes and outstanding payments.
Assist in financial and variance analysis and revenue forecasting and budgeting.
Prepare VAT returns.
Maintaining the fixed asset register.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

8 years’ UAE accounting experience up to finalization of accounts and month end closing, preferably within the automotive trading industry and fully conversant with month end closing, income statements, accounts payable aging reports and working capital and cash forecasts.
Proficient use of Tally and advanced Excel skills are mandatory.

Education

Candidate Profile

Currently living in the UAE – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English must be able to read, write and speak English.
Confident and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
