Account Manager will act as a point of contact for their clients to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends. To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computers, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients. Responsibilities: 1. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. 2. Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect. 3. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment. 4. Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior. 5. Support Suplift B2B and offerings and partnerships efforts. 6. Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes. 7. Spot and explore opportunities for Suplift to expand its business offering and value in the market and communicate them to the team. 8. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. 9. Analyzing financial data, sales reports, and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits. 10. Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. 11. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. 12. Identifying industry trends. 13. Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business by utilizing company services 14. Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience. Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in business management or communications, or a related field preferred. 2. Saudi national who lives in Saudi Arabia. 3. Highly adaptable with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. 4. Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data. 5. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. 6. Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs 7. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients 8. Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and decision-making skills. 9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and management skills. 10. Creatively-minded, good at thinking "outside the box". 11. Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. 12. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. 13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English to communicate product ideas to clients. 14. Good decision-making skills and Problem-solving.
