Job Title: AC Technician

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring skilled AC Technicians for a leading trading and distribution company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Candidates should be technically proficient in HVAC systems and capable of performing diagnostics, servicing, and on-site repairs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including central, split, and window AC units
  

• Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and identify causes of issues
  

• Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and filters
  

• Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning coils, checking gas levels, and testing electrical circuits
  

• Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer guidelines for proper installation and servicing
  

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and HVAC codes
  

• Complete job reports and maintenance logs accurately
  

• Provide emergency support and repairs as needed
  

• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and site personnel to ensure seamless operations
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as an AC Technician (Gulf experience preferred)
  

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles
  

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  

• Skilled in the use of hand and electrical tools related to HVAC work
  

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
  

• Physically fit and able to work in high-temperature and outdoor conditions
  

• Basic communication skills (English, Hindi, or Urdu preferred)
  

• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and on-call shifts if needed
